What is VNC and how to use it?

VNC (Virtual Network Computing) is a protocol used to access your server remotely without SSH. Also, it provides you the ability to use servers' GUI and, what is more important, it doesn’t rely on VPS connection and is used to troubleshoot with firewall misconfiguration or when installing the system manually from an ISO image.

To establish a VNC connection to your server, you will need to login to the server panel. To access the server panel, open our billing portal, go to "Services" -> "My Services" -> click on your VPS -> "Open Control Panel". Then, go to "Options" tab -> click "Enable VNC Access". The console icon will show up - click on it to access the VNC.
