Do you allow Proxy / VPN / Tor / I2P?

In general, we do not mind if you will host private/public proxy/VPN on our servers, the only requirement is authentication usage to prevent unaccounted networking access leading to fraud/hacking attempts/unsolicited security scans/any other activity punishable by Estonian and/or European Union laws.

We do not prohibit hosting of any type of network relays (non-exit nodes). Keep in mind that you need to order enough bandwidth to prevent any port speed limitations due to over usage.

Hosting Tor Exit nodes is forbidden (January 2025). We might revise this policy in the future.

As long as your service does not trigger any abuse complaints, violates ToS or Fair Use Policy, we are totally fine with all of these. However, if you would like to host highly aggressive services like Tor Exit relay, please contact our support.
